Calling all young Artists! Share your love for painting at the SYL ART Competition!

Participants must be in 1st - 12th grades!

Fee: $10

Competition Guidelines

  • Theme: Summer Landscape.
  • Medium to be used: Paint (Oil, Watercolor, Acrylic)
  • Please write a short description of your art piece.
  • Competitors are to drop off their entries July 15th – 17th, 2024. 9:00AM - 5:00PM At the SYL Office (105 NE 10th St. McMinnville, OR 97128)
  • Pieces are to be no larger than 16 X 20.
  • Photos of art creations will be posted on social media along with your first name and grade.
  • Prizes for 1st - 3rd place in each age group.
  • 1st place winners in each age group will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card!
  • Top 3 in each age group will have the opportunity to have their masterpiece displayed at the McMinnville First Federal branch, where the public will have a chance to vote for a "People's Choice" Award.
  • Winners will be announced on August 9th
