Youth Camps update:

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, our Youth Camps are not offered at this time. We are offering various Youth Competitions throughout the year. These Youth Competitions include a much smaller group and with less contact. You will find them in our Event Calendar and Facebook page at

Important Camp Details:

Camp Date: TBA

Grades: K - 2nd grade

Location: Coast Hills Community Church Auditorium - 655 Oregon 99W, McMinnville, OR


9:30: Registration opens

10:00: Camp Begins

4:30: Program (Families are invited to come at the end for a Concert showing what the campers learned during the day!)

Registration Fee: $25 per child.

Although we wish that ever child enjoys this great opportunity. If the fees limit your child’s attendance, please mark the scholarship box on the registration form with no questions asked.

More Camp Details:

Check-In: 30 minutes prior Camp start time

Snacks and drinks: These meals will be provided, but if your child has food limitations or allergies, please send their food with them.

What to bring: Nothing! If you want to bring an instrument, you may; just in case it is incorporated in the Camp’s activities.

Medical Items: Please drop off any medical items at the First Aid Station.

Limit: 50 spots available

Please Note the following:

-Registrations will be open several weeks prior to Camp! Due to the popularity of this Camp, registrations will fill up quickly! Please let us know if your Registered Camper will not be able to attend, so we can allow more kids to participate.

-Due to our Insurance and Foundation criteria, only kids in Kindergarten – 2nd grades will be allowed at this Camp. Thank you for your understanding.

-Food Allergy Warning: Camp food or snacks may contain nuts, peanuts or tree nuts products and may be package on equipment that also packages products that contain nuts, peanuts or tree nuts products.

-Plenty of water will be available during camp.

-No transportation available

-Volunteers have agreed to the “See Ya Later” Code of Conduct to insure the utmost protection for every child.

-Visitors during Camp: Family members and friends are welcome to observe from the designated areas but please, only Campers, Coaches and SYL Staff will be allowed on the stage and workshop areas.
