Registration at ‘The North Pole’ opens: 9:30 AM
Grades: 1st - 8th (boys and girls)
Clinic Hours: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Registration Fee: $20 per child, although we wish that every child enjoys this great opportunity. If the fees limit your child’s attendance, please mark the Scholarship box on the registration form with no questions asked.

More information and Check it Twice:
- Please let us know if your child will not be able to attend.
- Don’t bring a Basketball.
- Parents can drop off kids, although may watch from upstairs. Only participants, coaches and staff will be allowed on the gym floors.
- Parents & guardians return by 1:15 PM to pick up your child.
- The clinic lasts 3 hours, but if your child needs a small snack, there will be a water break to allow time for a quick snack. No snacks/food will be provided. Snacks & water will be kept at Check-In.
- If you are bringing water, please bring a reusable/canteen type. Make sure their name is on it. No Plastic Bottles please.
- Medications can be left at First Aid Station
- Due to our Insurance and Foundation criteria, only kids in 1st – 8th grades will be allowed at this Clinic. Thank you for your understanding.Please Note the following:
