“See Ya Later” Soccer Camp

Date: July 27 & 28, 2012
Grades: Kids entering 1st -5th in the Fall
Time: 1st-2nd grades are 9am-1pm & 3rd-5th grades are 9am-3pm
Location: Joe Dancer Park -1450 SE Brooks St McMinnville, OR
Limit: 150 Spots Available

Registration Fees: A suggested donation of $20 per child is requested, although we wish that ever child enjoys this great opportunity.  If the fees limit your child’s attendance, please mark the scholarship box on the registration form with no questions asked.

Bonus: A short inspirational talk will be shared

LUNCH and DRINKS will be provided

NO Transportation

Please Note: Due to our Insurance and Foundation criteria, only kids in 1st – 5th grades will be allowed at the Soccer Camp.  Thank you for your understanding.
