Scholarship Overview
Graduating Seniors are nominated by teachers, administrators, school personnel and community members for the Scott Banke Memorial Scholarships. The “See Ya Later” Committee reviews nominations and finalists are interviewed. Two $3,000 scholarships are awarded at the Senior Awards assembly at McMinnville High School and one $3,000 scholarship are awarded at Dayton High School awards assembly. We are pleased to add one $3,000 scholarship at Yamhill/Carlton High School for a nominated Senior as well. All awards are sent directly to the educational institution once the student has been accepted and enrolled. The Scholarship Interview Team is privileged and amazed to meet many incredible and dynamic young people.

Nominees must:
- Exemplify kindness and compassion for others
- Have plans for continuing education
- Demonstrate commitment to community
- Be a graduating senior (of McMinnville High School, Dayton High School or Yamhill/Carlton High School)

The “See Ya Later” Foundation has awarded 7 Scholarships since our first year in 2007. We have given away $20,000 already, and are just getting started. There are plenty of good kids that need a little extra help, and The “See Ya Later” Foundation is doing what it can, but we still need help. Go here to learn how you can help.
